HB 255 Alcohol Deliveries
The Bill has PASSED!
Thank you to all the Legislators that approved this bill to help our local restaurants recover from the Pandemic.

Joshua Hernandez – Rio Rancho
Dayan Hochman-Vigil – Albuquerque
This bill now awaits the governors signature for ratification. This bill legalizes liquor deliveries when the order includes food, so you can now have a bottle of wine delivered with your meal.
Restaurants licenses will also be expanded to include beer, wine and spirits until 10pm daily.
Breweries and wineries can still allow tastings, while craft distilleries will now be allowed to offer tastings as well.
HB 255 will be a great benefit to our local economy, creating jobs and helping our restaurants begin the recovery their losses from the past year.
These are the type of bills that will help New Mexicans get back on their feet and on the road economic prosperity.
